Welcome to Meal Memory ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you use Meal Memory at https://ourmealmemory.com.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and password. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google solely to create and manage your account.
- User Content: We store the meal plans, recipes, shopping information and household preferences that you choose to create within the application.
- Children's Information: Meal Memory allows account owners to create household profiles for planning purposes, including profiles representing children. These profiles are managed entirely by the account owner and are not separate user accounts.
- Technical Data: We use strictly necessary authentication session tokens (via Supabase) to keep you signed in. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor general site performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track personal data or identify individual users.
2. How Your Data Is Shared
We never sell your personal data.
We use the following trusted service providers to operate Meal Memory:
- Supabase – secure database hosting and user authentication.
- Resend – delivery of transactional emails such as email verification and password reset emails.
- Cloudflare – DNS, HTTPS, network security and cookieless web analytics.
3. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may update your account information directly within the application.
If you wish to permanently close your account and erase your household data, you can use the Delete Account feature available within the application settings.
Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated household data and cannot be undone.
